Description We have a fantastic opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join our team based at our WEB facility in Corby. This is a new role due to site growth. The Training Coordinator works with operational & support teams across site to support the warehouse team in the planning, execution and recording of key training across the warehouse for new start ups and business as usual. You will engage visibly in the operation, fostering collaboration and openness to colleague ideas. The salary range for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum plus benefits. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships across site and with new colleagues and managers, welcoming people into the Wincanton family • Drive learner engagement and commitment to training opportunities to ensure, at the minimum, all mandatory training is completed to deliver a successful operation • Build a comprehensive understanding of the range of training available to Wincanton colleagues and managers, across the functional areas and regulatory environments, and within My Learning • Support the Training Manager in building multi-disciplinary training needs analyses, developing training plans and calendars bespoke to each implementation • Support induction, onboarding, and colleague development, both on-site and virtually as required • Maintaining accurate and up to date training matrices; collating and presenting reports to provide the leadership team with real-time, accurate information on training deployment and completions • Adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving in the development, planning and execution of training plans, balancing operational needs and compliance • Work collaboratively with, support and guide the rest of the site management team as they take up new roles and take their learning into practice • Support Warehouse Trainers as and when required • All training administration a required Experience: • Experience of coordinating training across functional disciplines • Awareness of the range of training required within third-party logistics at Wincanton (MHE, HSEQ, operational processes etc.), especially mandatory training, timescales, and refresher frequencies • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering data • Managing training plans • Knowledge of people and training systems • Excellent verbal, numerical and written communication • Experience of adjusting plans to meet changing customer or business requirements • Using IT and systems to record, monitor and report training data • Working knowledge of Microsoft 356 packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Our Commitment: Our people are our most important asset and as such we are continuously expanding our capability programs to provide you with opportunities to build and extend your professional, functional, and management skills.
