Our client is a specialist law firm based in the City. They are seeking 2nd Line Support Technician with a law firm/professional services background to join their established IT team. You will be responsible for: Providing support to uses for all computer hardware and software Logging support calls and documenting their outcome Ensuring that all calls are resolved within service level agreement timelines Redirecting and escalating support requires to the appropriate member of the team Assisting with the deployment of computers including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment Assisting with the compilation and maintenance of inventory hardware and software Assisting with the management of user accounts Maintaining back up files Reviewing processes with the IT team Undertaking project work The ideal candidate will have previous law firm experience or have worked in a professional services environment. You should also have strong office 365 and iManage experience.
