New Graduate Vet – Townsend Vets - New Graduate Programme - Small Animal Vet
We are looking for a new graduate Vet to join our compassionate, dedicated team at Townsend Vets in the West Midlands!
We are a practice with deep roots in the local community, lovely clients, and a belief in giving our best to our patients and each other. We believe in developing through our team members, with recent purchases of laparoscopic kit with multi-parameter monitoring and electrocautery, as well as digital x-ray, video-endoscope, ultrasound, digital dental X-ray, slit lamp, indirect ophthalmoscope, electrolysis, surgical loupe and tonometry.
We currently have vets with extra qualifications in Dermatology and Behaviour and have a certificate-holder in Ophthalmology. We also retain a visiting certificate-holding surgeon willing to teach or mentor in various soft tissue, orthopaedic or endosurgical techniques. We have a kind and highly experienced team of nurses and receptionists, certified fear free practitioners, and dedicated cat ward and cat and rabbit waiting areas.
This is a full time position which includes 1:3 Saturdays (alternating 9-5 and 9-1).

2. Paid onboarding phase which includes a Residential. All UK travel, accommodation and subsistence costs for the Residential will be covered by CVS
3. Starting salary of £35, which increases at the end of year 1 and at the end of year 2.
