Strategic Sourcing Manager – Professional Services (Indirect Services)
Location: Hertfordshire (3 days a week + associated travel)
Salary: £70K + 20% Bonus + additional benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join a dynamic and rapidly growing leisure brand. This role focuses on delivering strategic sourcing initiatives across key spend areas to drive value and innovation within the business. This is a newly created role so presents an excellent opportunity to create a new sourcing strategy.

What the Role Involves:
* Strategic Procurement: Identify high-impact opportunities and develop tailored sourcing strategies to maximize business value.
* Tender Management: Lead the go-to-market process, including tenders, RFPs, and negotiations.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders across all budget areas to align procurement initiatives with business objectives.
* Supplier Relationships: Cultivate and manage supplier partnerships to ensure quality, service, and innovation.
* Category Leadership: Develop and execute category plans for spends over £250k or strategically critical projects.
The Person We Hope to Find:
* Experience: Proven track record in procurement, ideally within the hospitality or leisure sector, with expertise in conducting complex negotiations.
* Knowledge: Deep understanding of strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management.
* Leadership: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams toward a common goal.
* Skills: Results-focused, capable of managing multiple priorities, and adept at delivering value through strategic planning.
