About the Role:
The core focus of the role is client relationships and customer success. As part of this team, you will become a superuser of the platform, mastering its functionalities and using that knowledge to add real value to your clients. Your expertise will allow you to offer tailored advice, insights, and product updates, ensuring clients make the most out of the platform.
You’ll be the go-to person for your clients, proactively engaging with them to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. A key part of the role will also involve identifying opportunities to upsell modules that enhance the overall client experience and drive greater use of the platform’s capabilities.
What We're Looking For:
* A client-focused professional with strong relationship management experience, ideally in financial services with a strong network across hedge funds, prime brokerage or investment banking.
* An ability to speak the language of finance and data, with a solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
* Comfort with proactively engaging clients and providing consultative advice on how they can optimise their use of the platform.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior clients.
