The ADHD Teamsits within theNeurodiversity Servicein Children,Families and All Age Service (CFAA).We offer assessment and treatment to children and young people aged 6-18yrs.

As a service we are very committed to the development of our staff and can offer both internal & external training with this role, including NMP training.
• You will join an experienced, passionate& dedicated team that worksacross Berkshiretoprovide ADHD assessments and on-going care to children, youngpeopleand families.
• This role is based inWokinghambut we have a satellite clinic in Bracknell to seechildren/young people & families when needed.
• The main responsibilities of the role will beconducting an ADHDassessmentforchildren and young people as well asmanaginga caseload of children and young peoplewho have an existingdiagnosis of ADHD andtoarrange andconducttheirmedication reviewswhich include taking some physical observations.
• You may have to make onward referrals to other services within the CFAAdivision.
• We work closely with other teams within the CFAAservice as well as partnership agencies and voluntary services that supportchildren, youngpeopleand familiespre and post assessment. The Team also offers support to families via the innovative online platformSHaRON(Support Hope and Resources Online)

The must haves for this role:
• Aqualifiedmental health, learning disability or paediatric nurse
• Able to work flexibly in response to service need
• Able to take responsibility for devising care plans following reviews for each child, youngpersonand their families.
• Take responsibility for case management includingaccuratemaintenance of clinical record keeping
