We are looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to join the Adanola team, with a focus on Partnerships.
As Brand Marketing Lead, you will report into Adanola's Chief Brand Officer whilst also working very closely with the Head of Creative and Senior Product Team.
Half of this role will be responsible for managing and nurturing the partnerships team across collaborations, PR, events, community and influencer marketing. You'll be responsible for leading the team in line with the brand's strategy and upcoming plans. You'll be responsible for managing spend for the team, signing off quarterly plans and regularly communicating any business updates.
The other half of this role will be dedicated to securing the best + biggest possible brand partners for Adanola. This will mostly be through maintaining / strengthening existing relationships, building new and overall finalising partnership plans according to the brand calendar.
About your responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Head of Creative to determine any key brand moments in line with the brand calendar and ensure that all marketing channels feel aligned and cohesive
* Provide framework to the partnerships team on a quarterly basis to enable them to provide ideas and plans for sign off
Partnerships
* Be responsible for the management of each partnership for Adanola from start to end. Ensure all team members are briefed and are regularly kept up to date. Create critical paths and hold teams accountable internally and externally to ensure a smooth and clear timeline.
* Maintain and nurture any partnerships that are already in the works, ensuring all launch plans are delivered to a high standard and in line with the brand calendar.
* Work closely with the Head of Creative and CBO to identify and review new partnership opportunities that feel aligned for the brand and build new relationships where needed.
* Generate and pitch new ideas that are aligned with Adanola’s brand identity
* Lead, and mentor the partnerships team, encouraging creativity and innovation.
* Management of both Influencer Marketing Manager and Events and PR Manager; ensuring they have what they need to set up their teams for success
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, creative, ecom + digital to ensure a seamless brand experience
About you:
* 5+ years of experience in a partnerships role, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
* Proven track record of managing successful partnerships of all tiers
* Experience managing large scale budgets and managing spend efficiently
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
* Have an excellent understanding of Adanola's brand identity
* Creative thinking with the ability to drive innovative activations that capture customer attention
