About the Role: An exciting opportunity for a Senior Credit Controller to take charge of the entire credit control process, ensuring efficient management across multiple brands. Key Responsibilities: Oversee credit control processes and identify improvements. Manage customer payments, direct debit collections, and issue client statements. Handle disputes, negotiate settlements, and manage difficult accounts. Provide monthly reports on aged debtors and minimise bad debt risks. Requirements: At least 2 years' experience in credit control and accounts receivable. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
