Salary: £37,000 - £50,000 plus bonus and company car / car allowance (A full UK driving licence is essential for this role).
What you’ll be doing:
* Developing market share within Social Housing Local Authorities & Housing Associations by formulating and implementing a bespoke sales plan to achieve target sales.
* Providing sales forecast on a regular basis with supporting evidence.
* Following up leads from internal stakeholders/bid team and communicating outcome.
* Finding new customers and making cold calls, sending emails, and sending relevant marketing material.
* Attending events to network and promote Magnet to existing and new customers.
* Managing and maintaining existing business while building relationships with existing customers to retain work, increase sales and secure future business.
* Working closely with our CRM system ensuring it is kept up to date.
* Providing a strong face-to-face sales pitch to Social Housing Associations/Local Authorities, Local & National Contractors and Procurement Frameworks.
Your skillset for performance:
* Experience within the market sector - selling to public sector and social housing landlords ideally within the KBB sector.
* Experience or willingness to gain knowledge and understanding of our kitchen products.
* Demonstrable track record of selling to the contracts market within the KBB sector.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Maths and English to GCSE standard or equivalent.
* Entrepreneurial attributes with the drive and hunger for success.
* Being an overall role model and driving continuous improvements.
* Encouraging motivation and self-development for team colleagues, promoting a succession planning ethos.
* Clear and concise communication skills.
* Strategic thinker - executing plans to deliver results.
