As a Software Testing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, working on systems that deliver results to millions of students annually. What will I be doing? Taking ownership of the entire testing lifecycle-from preparing test environments and writing scripts to executing tests and analysing results. Partnering with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure seamless testing processes. Creating ingenious, simple, and effective test scripts and solutions. Contributing to a culture of teamwork and mutual support while driving technical improvements. What will I need to Succeed? A minimum of 2 years of hands-on manual testing experience. Strong ability to write, review, and execute test plans and scripts. A proactive attitude to assist colleagues and take accountability. ISTQB certification is desirable but not essential.
