Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser for our clients based in Stafford. For this position, you must be flexible and available to work any 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis.
Customer Service Adviser Responsibilities:
1. Answering calls from customers and drivers with queries about their deliveries.
2. Answering calls from drivers about road closures, missing items, or disputes.
3. Speaking to customers and drivers regarding failed deliveries.
4. Updating addresses where needed.

Location: Stafford
Pay: £11.52 PH
Schedule: Working 5 out of 7 days
Weekday Schedule: 06:00am - 21:00pm
Weekend Schedule: 06:00am - 18:00pm
Customer Service Adviser Requirements:
1. Call centre experience.
2. Customer service experience.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft.
4. Basic computer skills.
5. Must be well spoken.
