We are looking to recruit a 0.5 FTE Research and Evaluation Assistant to work with the research team in Widening Participation and Public Engagement (WPPE) at the University of Central Lancashire. The team's mission is to assess the impacts of widening participation initiatives in outreach and higher education, through both evaluation and research projects., The Research and Evaluation Assistant will have responsibility for data processing and analysis to support the team's activities. Working with experienced researchers, they will have the opportunity to develop their skills and experience in widening participation research. The person appointed will have experience of working with quantitative data relating to human subjects in either post-graduate study or employment, as well as an understanding of data protection, compliance and confidentiality.
