As a Front Office Manager and City Lover at NYX Hotels, you’ll own the Front Desk: your dynamic vibe will help you to lead your team and ensure our guests enjoy the city, whichever way they choose. You’ll think creatively to offer five star guest service and go above and beyond to ensure every stay is electrifying!

* Set and review departmental objectives for the team and provide ongoing feedback
