We are looking for an ambitious Group Senior HR Business Partner to take ownership of the UK HR operational and strategic aspects of this global product company, which has sites in the UK, Europe, and North America and employs 750 staff. This developing business provides an excellent opportunity for an HR Professional looking for their next step, someone who enjoys managing a small team of HR colleagues, and who is as comfortable ‘rolling their sleeves up’ to manage the ‘day to day’, as they are developing and implementing HR strategy, improvement projects and advising senior management staff across the group. Group Senior HR Business Partner Additional experience to support your role: Degree-level qualification in a related discipline. CIPD level 5 or above (or working towards). Proven track record of providing best practice HR Business Partner services in a busy HR environment. Strong background in employee relations and change management, including planning and project management through to effective delivery. Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices and demonstrate a willingness to maintain CPD. Experience working across multi-site organisations and providing remote support. Experience in supporting all levels of management. Background in supporting employee engagement initiatives and driving a culture of positive change, diversity and inclusion. Experience in delivering employee training and coaching; guidance on talent management.
