Location: Head Office Northamptonshire NN4 5EZ
Hours: 32 hours across 4 days - days to be discussed at interview however MUST include a Friday

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Learn and understand how to use Power BI to its full potential to help identify risks and opportunities in the business around whitespace, FTAs, phone data.
* Liaise with your line manager with any findings.
* Have a clear understanding of how EXACT works by reading processes and procedures and also watching videos the Business Support team have produced.
* Attend training sessions with the Business Support team to learn new skills.
* Participate in weekly team meetings with HUB assistant manager.
* Attend bi-weekly 1:1 meetings.
* Join monthly team meetings with Business Support Team (remotely).
* Adhere to tasks set out by the HUB assistant manager.
* Record completed tasks in Google Sheets.
* Communicate with Practice teams to offer support.
* Support practice teams remotely for the following:
o Recalls
o Reminders
o General support
o Open COT
o Covering phones for team meetings
o OLB
Personal Specification:
* Previous experience as a receptionist within a dental/medical setting.
* Organized and able to balance differing demands.
* Experience using EXACT SOE & DENTALLY.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
