Our client is a faith-based charity. They seek to positively impact the lives of all members of society. They are now looking for a Grants Officer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.

The Role
As a Grants Officer, you will support organisations to gain funding. Managing the entire grant application process, you will provide guidance to enable organisations to apply for grants of up to £20,000. These projects will help them unlock vital funding that brings people together, transforms community spaces, helps individuals and supports those most affected by the cost-of-living crisis.
Taking the lead for the scheme, you will support with bid writing, proactively recruit organisations for funding, and build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders. You will also promote other funding opportunities, closely monitor, evaluate and report on fundraising success, and drive improvements that make funding systems smarter, stronger and more impactful.
About You
To be considered as a Grants Officer, you will need:
1. Experience in bid writing, project reporting, and managing multiple priorities
2. Strong communication and presentation skills
3. A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships and motivate others
