Personal Assistant
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our multi-national growing client based in Coventry. The primary role for the Personal Assistant would be to provide secretarial and administrative support to the UK Vice President.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
1. Management of the diary, travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
2. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and external bodies to arrange external meetings.
3. Planning and organising the work schedule to maximise use of time, allowing adequate time for meetings to ensure the day runs smoothly.
4. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business, providing a professional and knowledgeable service.
5. Handling queries from internal and external customers to solve their problems ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Screening all calls prior to transferring these to ensure time is used efficiently.
7. Completion of monthly expenses on Concur, to include calculating mileage for travel. Process invoices via the Purchase Order Payment route in SAP.
8. Raising and managing POs and the processes linked to completion for Facilities.
9. Comply with policies and procedures and helping others to comply, leading by example.
10. Actively develops relationships with all key stakeholders.
Personal Assistant Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role for an Executive Director in a large commercial business.
2. Confident knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
3. SAP Knowledge (Desired)
4. Excellent organisational skills, exercises discretion & understanding of confidentiality issues, and able to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely.
This is a permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm and they are offering an annual salary of £40k.
