Technical Ideally CIPD qualified or working toward Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent experience. Work with HR to support initiatives. Be open to delegation of tasks/responsibilities from the HR Manager. Performance Management/Training and Development Participate in arrangements made in accordance with the services performance management. Attend all mandatory training within the time scale required. Attend PDR meetings, team meetings and training sessions.
