Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 08:30 - 16:30 Contract Type: Up to 12 months We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Print Coordinator to join the team for maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative and sales support skills to make an impact within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Process print sales proformas and orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Support the team with all aspects of sales administration. - Ensure all paperwork is correct to guarantee customers receive the right products, at the right price, and at the correct address. - Keep the online whiteboard updated with the status of all print orders and related information. - Manage artwork submissions, ensuring timely approvals from clients. - Coordinate any order amendments with clients and ensure they follow company procedures. - Accurately file all print paperwork for easy access and reference. - Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth order processing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. - Monitor and control costs within the Print Department to maintain efficiency while upholding high-quality standards. - Provide departmental cover during busy periods, sickness, or holidays. - Ensure adherence to company procedures in taking orders and documenting client communications. About You: - Strong administrative experience, ideally within a print or sales support role. - Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks. - A proactive communicator who can work well with various departments and clients. - Organised and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment. - A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
