We are looking for skilled, proactive and flexible individual who will really make a difference to children's lives. You will lead on a Strategic theme to develop and update an approach, process, and procedure for reviewing, operating, and re-shaping Children and Families Services settings as required. You will understand accommodation issues in Children's and Families settings and the funding streams available to support capital projects. Along with an understanding of Assessment Management planning (AMP). You will act as “commissioning client” and overall Project Manager or the procurement and implementation of capital projects to ensure that projects are consistent with AMP priorities, suitable for their intended purpose, and completed to the required standard within budget allocation. You will have previous experience of dealing with and providing advice to, schools and/or other Children and Families settings on a range of issues. These could be related to finance, accommodation, staffing or curriculum issues. Along with experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering cross-service projects. You will be familiar with issues relating to pupil place planning, along with a broad knowledge of national and local issues affecting the delivery of services to children and families.
