An established Brighton & Hove based architectural practice is starting 2025 by adding two Architectural Technicians to their team. With a diverse client base, lots of repeat clients and a strong pipeline of work now is a great chance to join them as they go through a period of growth. Working with a team of around 10 Architects and Architectural Technicians you will be integral in successful delivery of projects in a variety of sectors, which include Residential, Commercial, Local Authority and Heritage. The company prides themselves on their technical ability, and customer care. All projects are partner led with directors, and different team members involved across all RIBA stages. The company is keen to employ Architectural Technicians that have considerable experience on RIBA stages 3, 4 and ideally 5, attending site meetings and working with project teams during construction stages. To be considered for this role you must hold a comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations. Experience in any of the following software would be of interest for this particular role, so please do apply whether you have Revit, AutoCAD, Vectorworks or ArchiCAD.
