About the Role: As the CEOs right-hand person, you will manage their schedule, communications, and key business activities, while also playing a crucial role in external relations and brand positioning. From handling confidential documents to coordinating events and networking opportunities, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence with professionalism. Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, media events, and industry conferences. Assist in writing press releases, speeches, and key messaging for public engagements. Manage stakeholder relationships, including healthcare professionals, media, and corporate partners. Organise and oversee corporate events, from intimate networking dinners to larger scale sector events. Conduct market research to identify PR opportunities and enhance the companys brand presence. Ensure seamless internal and external communication, aligning with company goals. What Were Looking For: Are you a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant with a flair for PR and event management? Were looking for an exceptional Executive PA to support a dynamic CEO in their role within private mental healthcare, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while also assisting with high-profile PR initiatives and corporate events. Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-suite executives. Background in PR, communications, or event management is a strong advantage. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
