Job Description As a Trainee Sales Manager, you’ll embark on a structured development program designed to build your skills in sales, leadership, and client management. You will work closely with our experienced sales managers to understand the ins and outs of our business, focusing on face-to-face interactions with clients in the utilities sector. Your goal will be to learn the fundamentals of sales management, leading to a future leadership role where you’ll manage your own sales team. Responsibilities Engage in face-to-face customer interactions to promote our utility solutions, providing customers with cost-saving options and addressing their energy needs. Assist senior sales managers in developing and executing sales strategies aimed at reaching and exceeding individual and team targets. Work closely with the sales team, learning how to coach, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team. Monitor market trends and customer needs to provide feedback and insights that will help tailor our approach. Participate in regular training sessions and workshops focused on developing management and sales skills. Ensure that customer information and sales activities are recorded accurately to maintain high standards of customer service. Take part in team meetings to discuss performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.
