Our Get Out There (GOT) Service supports children and young people with their social programme of activities. This will be a Permanent role, working 3 hours per week during term time and 5 hours per week during school holidays (this equates to 4 hours per week annually). Your shifts will be likely to be in the evenings or weekends and this will be discussed further at interview stage. A full UK license and must be willing/able to drive your own vehicle is essential.As a Community Support Worker, you will be provided 1-1 support for a Child who is registered Blind and has some limitations on his mobility access the community. You will support him to doing activities they enjoy such as going swimming or attending soft play activities.
