Hours/Remuneration 40 hours per week including attendance at all First Team fixtures (home and away) and ad-hoc events where required. Remuneration dependant on experience. Job Purpose Reporting directly to the Head of Media & Communications, the purpose of the role shall be to assist with design, photography, video and written content for the Club’s official website, social media channels and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop creative and engaging content for the Club’s website and social media channels, including written, graphic, photo and video media. Support with the promotion, coverage and review of the Club’s fixtures. Support the creation of content for all of the club's social media channels, including X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, BlueSky and WhatsApp. Lead the development of the Club’s graphic and video content – including running the Club’s official TikTok channel - identifying new themes and trends. Proactively evolve content with social media trends and industry best practices to continuously improve our content and performance. Act as a brand ambassador for the Club and maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications. Develop a working relationship with the Club’s players and staff and have a strong focus on engaging and entertaining our supporter base in a 24/7 approach. Support the revenue generation of the Club’s digital assets. Provide support, exposure and promotion of the Club’s day-to-day activities across all departments, as well as its the Stevenage FC Foundation. Additional duties will include identifying and activating PR opportunities to enhance the Club’s brand within the local community, as well as on a national and international level. Deputise when required for the Head of Media & Communications. About The Candidate Personal Specification: Digital Content Executive Qualifications Essential Desirable Valid full (UK) driver’s license X Undergraduate Degree in Media/Design/Sport X Skills, Knowledge & Experience Essential Desirable High level of design, photography, video, creative writing and content creation skills.
