An exciting opportunity for an HR & Learning & Development Advisor, 6 Month FTC, (which could lead to permanent) for an established Healthcare SME in Bedfordshire. This will suit a proactive and experienced HR & Learning & Development Advisor who enjoys delivering face-to-face training. This hybrid role is based in Bedfordshire, with the flexibility of working from home two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training & Development (60%):
o Develop and deliver face-to-face HR and leadership training sessions.
o Topics include appraisals, inductions, disciplinaries, grievances, navigating change, decision-making, and delegation.
2. Employee Relations (40%):
o Manage end-to-end ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, maternity/paternity, flexible working and change management.
Travel Requirements:
Travel to various locations, including Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire, Norfolk, Essex, and Lincolnshire, averaging 4 days' travel per month.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience as an HR & L&D Advisor or HR Advisor who has a wealth of experience delivering face-to-face training on HR best practice.
2. Strong knowledge of employee relations and case management.
3. Ideally qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
4. You must have a full clean driving licence and your own transport.
