Purpose of the Role Providing customer services to all visitors. Key Responsibilities To provide information and guidance to customers. First point of contact by phone, email or in person. Conduct a meet & greet service for coaches & guests. Working alternate weekends. Flexibility required to cover holiday, sickness, late night hours and events Assisting customer queries. Meet & Greet visitors Dealing with emails & telephone calls. Skills, Knowledge and Experience A polite and approachable manner at all times. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills. Good IT knowledge. Working Hours - 11.5 hours every other weekend.
