Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be working with a high-growth global beauty brand (predominately D2C e-commerce, with a key wholesale account (and growing) looking to hire their first full-time UK employee. We are keen to speak to individuals with a passion for the Ayurvedic beauty industry and sustainable products. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to Co-Founders and CMO Managing key accounts and maintaining relationships with retail partners (e.g Sephora). Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations, including monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely product delivery. Assist in the execution of promotional plans and trade activities, ensuring high-quality retail execution. Collaborate with the Operations team to prepare for product launches, in-store promotions, and special campaigns. Conduct regular visits to retail locations to ensure brand standards are met and provide feedback to improve in-store performance. Assist in preparing reports, sales data, and insights to share with the wider team and HQ. Work closely with the creative team to align on event plans and visual merchandising strategies. Key Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail, account management, or a related field, ideally within the beauty, skincare or premium or luxury sector is essential for this role. Ability to work in an autonomous and independent role within the UK (expansion plans for the USA) Existing relationships with key wholesale accounts within beauty/skincare will be highly desirable Confident Excel user- Analysis of sales results, forecasts and promotional planning A proactive team player with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Familiarity with stock management and retail operations is preferred Passionate about sustainable beauty and skincare products with an understanding of luxury retail Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. This role will require travel to stores in London and key cities in the UK.
