As well as providing technical accounting technical support to the wider Financial Operations teams.Main Responsibilities as Cash & Credit Technician – Finance Administrator:
* Perform daily bank reconciliations for allocated Ageas accounts ensuring all unreconciled item / queries are investigated. The software utilised is Aurum.
* Ensure timely payment of routine monthly payments alongside maintaining associated reconciliations, escalating issues to internal stakeholders where appropriate
* Support the timely and accurate ingestion of supplier invoices, assisting the business with queries to ensure payment to terms.
* Support wider Cash Management team where required
* Ensure effective communication at all levels, including within the Financial Operations management team and peer group.
