We’re looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract in Kings Hill, Kent.
Your focus will be on managing complex schedules and diaries, coordinating seamless travel arrangements and overseeing a wide variety of administrative tasks. As an exceptionally organised individual, you'll be someone who strives to find solutions and is familiar with providing top-notch support to leadership teams.
Responsibilities include:
1. Manage complex schedules and travel arrangements for leadership executives.
2. Prioritise tasks and manage workloads efficiently.
3. Prepare high-quality documents and presentations.
4. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Handle sensitive information with discretion.
6. Streamline administrative processes and identify areas for improvement.
7. Support strategic projects and initiatives.
Essential:
1. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting board/leadership level.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant programs.
3. Fluency in English both written and spoken.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong project management skills, delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
7. Discretion and diplomacy in handling sensitive information and situations.
Desirable:
1. Additional fluency in a second European language (French or Dutch) would be beneficial but not essential.
