The company are a SaaS platform that automates compliance. So far they have raised raised pre seed and seed totaling around $6m so far.
They are looking to recruit their first Account Manager in the UK. The aim of the Account Manager will be all about NRR - Expansion and Retention. This is all subscription based so extending 1 year contracts to 3 or 5 years is the goal and to increase subscriptions but highlighting other certifications the company could start working towards.
Responsibilities
* Increase existing contract length from 1 year to 3 or 5 years.
* Increase number of subscriptions of clients.
* Work across account accounts from small to enterprise (prioritise clients that need more attention. there will be different levels of touch with each.
* Relationship building with clients - being their voice and go to person.
* Will be doing QBRs and demos to increase spend with existing business.
Qualifications
* Ideally been an Account Manager for a minimum of 2 years
* Ideally worked in a start up environment previously
* Preferred to have Infosec experience or come from a similar space
* Has at least worked with Mid market accounts
* Ability to make an impact and wear multiple hats.
