Position: KS2 Classroom Teacher

Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: £150 – £220 per day
Start Date: April 2025

We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated KS2 Classroom Teacher to join a well-respected single form entry primary school located in the heart of Speke. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and community, staff, pupils, and families collaborate closely to foster an engaging and positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in accordance with the KS2 curriculum.
2. Promote a positive and inclusive classroom ethos that supports active participation and learning.
3. Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback and targeted interventions as needed.
4. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
5. Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
Person Specification
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
2. Sound knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches.
3. Experience in preparing pupils for SATs.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s academic and personal development.
6. A collaborative and team-oriented approach to teaching and learning.
