Receptionist
As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring a seamless check-in process, and assisting guests throughout their stay with any queries or requests. You will also handle incoming calls, make reservations, and provide guests with information about the hotel and local area. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Reception Supervisor
You will be responsible for leading a team of receptionists, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, and providing excellent customer service to guests. Manage and supervise the daily operations of the hotel reception, ensuring high standards are met. Provide guidance and support to the reception team, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
