This store has enormous potential, and we want a Store Manager to join our client's business and work with the team to take the next step as they continue to grow!

We are keen to speak to great people managers, Store Managers who have a track record of success with longstanding clients and customers, as well as maximizing new customers and inquiries.
Roles and Responsibilities as a Store Manager
1. Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans.
2. Operationally, manage an efficient back of house team and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
3. As the Store Manager of the high-profile flagship, be part of the senior area leadership team and work on a series of national and local events and meetings.
4. Nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales and build lasting loyalty to the Brand.
5. Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
6. Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices.
7. Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.

Minimum Requirements
1. Proven experience in premium or luxury retail management.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
