A leading financial planning firm with regional offices is recruiting for a Paraplanner Manager or Team Lead to work on a hybrid basis from one of their offices. We are seeking professionals who are ideally minimum diploma qualified, with experience supporting advisers and clients in the advice-giving process. Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, manage, train, and develop high-caliber paraplanners.
2. Train, mentor, and monitor new and existing employees.
3. Support, develop, and mentor team members.
4. Perform first-line checks on report quality, turnaround times, and adherence to processes.
5. Collaborate with the management team on practice-based activities.
6. Ensure work complies with internal and external FCA regulations and procedures applicable to the business conduct.
