We will need you to carry out post duties, maintain records accurately and respond to written and verbal enquiries about the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). Please note that this is a Permanent, Full time (37 hrs per week) role but will consider part-time/flexible working. You will be required to be in the office 2-3 times a week. Ensuring that queries received in to the pensions mailboxes are dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with set service standards. Controlling the management, storage, retrieval, retention, and destruction of documents. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in an administration role would be an advantage but if you don’t have this full training will be provided. We just want you to bring a thorough and logical approach to your work and be able to work on your own initiative, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
