Description We are looking for a driven and creative Marketeer to join our team at Electrolux Professional UK&I. The ideal candidate is proactive, with strong organizational skills and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This is a broad role across the full marketing mix and will support the entire UK&I organization with its marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing activities for Electrolux Professional in the UK & Ireland. You will work closely with local teams, central marketing departments, and external agencies to improve brand awareness and sales lead growth within the UK&I. You must be able to learn quickly, get up to speed with various tasks, and contribute effectively from day one. Responsibilities Marketing Department administrative duties including creation of Purchase Orders and budget tracking Monitoring of stock levels, reorder and coordination of distributing of branded merchandise, literature and promotional giveaways to internal and external sources Managing and updating the UK website and digital marketing channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging Full management of organic social media activity – from ideation, content creation, central content adaptation, internal approval, scheduling & cascading Social media community management – engaging on channels as appropriate & monitoring partner & relevant industry channels Review & adapt central marketing materials to ensure they meet local needs Create and distribute engaging content for digital marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, and other digital assets Point of contact for Partner (dealer) network marketing needs – production and distribution of partner newsletters & sharing of digital assets Working with wider internal teams & agencies, continuously optimise digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and paid social media campaigns Create and design email campaigns to be sent to target customers in different market segments including campaign management and automation within Marketing Cloud (SF) (e.g. newsletters, email nurture campaigns, webinars, events and gated content). Support coordination and delivery of events at the Center of Excellence Conduct audits of our digital platforms and our partners for brand compliance and functionality Qualifications Worked within a marketing team or agency Expertise in social media (Meta, Instagram, YouTube) & content scheduling platforms Proficiency in WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite Previous experience in content creation & production A proven ability to work across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously (multitasking) A creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail A quick learner with a proactive approach Experience with Salesforce and SF Marketing Cloud is an advantage
