You will join a friendly and supportive team, working under our Advice Service Co-ordinator and Chief Officer. You will manage and supervise advice sessions. To include face to face drop in sessions and appointment services, and supervise advice given by email and phone. You will ensure quality standards are maintained and enhanced. Our ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of advice service delivery, a passion for ensuring our services are client focused and effective and have the experience and ability to provide strong support and supervision to our advisers. Although experience gained through Citizens Advice is preferred, we will consider a trainee role for the right candidate.
