We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Customer Service Manager. This pivotal role will bridge the gap between sales and production, ensuring customers receive a seamless and exceptional service from order to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient order-to-delivery process Act as the key liaison between sales, production planning, finance, purchasing, technical, dispatch and customers Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the high-end, 5-star market Collaborate with the Export Sales Manager to support international clients and understand diverse cultural needs Develop and optimise customer service functions, leveraging strong influencing and organisational skills Ensure an exceptional customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving and process improvements Continuously refine customer service processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction What They’re Looking For: Proven experience in customer service management, ideally within high-end retail or a similar luxury market Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and liaising with various departments.
