About the job: Philip Southcote School, part of Bourne Education Trust, is seeking a Head of Centre to join our team. Based at our Southcote Centre, Kings International College, Camberley, you will be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils, ensuring the highest standards in both academic performance and conduct. You will work closely with the Assistant Headteacher to shape the strategic vision of the Centre, driving continuous improvement and innovation About Philip Southcote School: Philip Southcote is a special educational needs and disabilities school for pupils aged 11 to 19. Key responsibilities include: Lead the development and implementation of a robust curriculum across all key stages Monitor student progress, conduct formal observations and provide targeted interventions to support all learners, with a focus on Special Educational Needs Responsible for the strategic overview of the centre, including self evaluation and the improvement plan for the centre Be accountable for the attainment, progress and outcomes of all pupils within your class/es, planning effectively to ensure that pupils have the opportunity to meet their potential Develop the curriculum, schemes of work and assessment across all key stages and subjects.
