Band 3 Ophthalmic Imager
The award winning Ophthalmology Outpatient Department has vacancies for friendly, enthusiastic and caring Senior Imaging technicians to join our dedicated team of professionals.
Ophthalmic imagers seeking promotion and the opportunity to expand their clinical and managerial skills within a fast paced ophthalmology setting, will be challenged to develop and learn new skills to enable you to deliver high quality patient care.
The post holder will be based at the Hull University Teaching Hospitals, Ophthalmology Outpatients and East Riding Community Hospital based in Beverley, and will be expected to travel for further cross site working.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
This interesting and challenging role would suit someone with previous diagnostic imaging experience who is keen to develop their knowledge skills to deliver a high quality patient focused imaging service to patients
You will be supported to develop your skills and knowledge to perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures including retinal angiography, wide field fundus imaging and anterior segment imaging using sophisticated technology.
Candidates should be caring and committed to providing high quality patient focused care.
To expand pre-existing knowledge and experience, the Ophthalmic Imaging team supports growth and professional development.
Previous imaging experience is essential.
