Your Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the key link between marketing and leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
* Track, analyse, and optimise performance across digital channels like Affiliates, SEO, Paid Search, Mobile App, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
* Develop dashboards to consolidate metrics and deliver actionable insights.
* Monitor and optimise ROI and budget allocation.
* Identify cross-channel opportunities and mitigate risks proactively.
* Collaborate with compliance to ensure all activities meet regulatory standards.
* Present regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance outcomes.
* Support and up skill marketing teams while fostering strong partnerships with industry leaders like Google, Meta, and AppsFlyer.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, ideally within the iGaming industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer).
* Proven expertise in data analysis, performance reporting, and project management.
* Experience with compliance and responsible gambling principles is desirable.
* Knowledge of BI tools and performance marketing is a bonus.
