£12.90 - £13.50 Per hour
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to students on a one-to-one basis
* Assist with educational activities as directed by the teacher
* Help students with learning difficulties or disabilities
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
* Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
* Relevant teaching assistant qualification is preferred
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
* Understanding of child development and learning processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Patience and empathy towards students
* Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
This role may involve working in a classroom setting with children under the supervision of a teacher. The environment may be noisy and require standing or sitting for extended periods.
