The Role: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering pre planned lessons to small groups or whole classes in the absence of the teacher. Supporting individual students to achieve their full potential. Assisting with curriculum planning and delivery. Working closely with teachers and other staff to ensure a positive learning environment. Contributing to the development of resources and activities. About You: To thrive in this role, you should: Hold HLTA status or an equivalent qualification. Have proven experience working in a school environment. Be confident in delivering lessons and managing a classroom. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
