Job summary BSW ICB is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the All Age Continuing Care team as an administration team lead. The successful candidate will lead a group of AACC administrators and will be required to provide high quality administrative support to enable the delivery of Continuing Healthcare services in line with the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS-funded Nursing Care July 2022(revised). This is an exciting opportunity to work within a large, strong and supportive team and to undertake a key role in the delivery of important patient focused care services. There will be line management responsibilities and an expectation of very high-level administrative competency. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information governance, and correspondence relating to continuing healthcare (CHC) with partners, families and other agencies.
