* General customer service - email & phone- handling general enquiries, sales orders and service calls
* Creating quotes and processing orders using Sage
* Sales order processing
* Raising purchase orders
* Update on delivery times/delays
* General office admin
* Raising VAT invoices for customers and invoicing orders for payment
* Maintaining CRM system
