CREM Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to work alongside the Sales and New Business function for a small and growing business in the Saffron Walden area (CB10).
The Sales Support Administrator will take responsibility for:
* Progressing quotations by calling customers
* Providing feedback & market intelligence
* Ensuring website orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
* Ensuring customers are contacted and advised of delivery times
* Liaising with customers on delays and logistical issues
About you:
* Demonstrable experience working in a sales or customer service environment
* Comfortable dealing with customer queries both written and verbal
* Happy to work autonomously within a team environment.
* Organised and methodical
* Proficient at using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook)
* Very good at record keeping, updating notes and the contact system
