I am working with an IT Systems (Hardware & Software) service and solutions provider based in Bradford, who are looking to add some fresh talent to their ever-growing USA, Canadian & UK account management teams.
The roles will involve but will not be limited to:
· Liaising with existing customers/businesses whom they provide IT Hardware and software solutions too
· Handling incoming calls/emails regarding issues and queries
· Networking and business development to find new potential customers and businesses
· Conducting consultations with customers regarding their requirements and services you can provide
· Liaising with trusted vendors in order to secure the best products/services available for the customers
· Making outbound calls to follow up on sales leads from various channels
· Handling confidential information provided from various brands regarding their customer bases
· Accurately updating and recording information on an internal system
· Managing your own time and diary in order to maximise on customer satisfaction and KPI’s
· This role will either be handling UK or USA customers dependent upon the business requirements.
I am looking for individuals who can evidence a minimum of two years’ experience within the IT Sector, either within a customer service, internal sales, account management or business development function within any of the following areas: Audio Visual, IT Hardware & Infrastructure, IT/Cloud Storage, Voice & Data, IT Support Services, Cyber Security, Printers & Consumables, Software and licensing and virtualisation.
This role will be office based during probation, from my client’s office on the outskirts of Bradford working Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
Once successful completion of your probationary period, there will be the option of hybrid split working office/remote.

My client is offering starting salaries ranging between £27,000 - £34,000 + a commission structure that offers up to 30% of profits made from our desk.
