Support the Office and Customer Service Manager by managing customer care calls and assisting with inquiries regarding product information, availability, usage instructions, issues, and complaints. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and manage customer/client phone and web enquiries, including maintaining the database, recording messages, taking orders, and processing them. Provide first-class customer service to existing, new, and potential clients via phone, email, and online chat. Support in handling customer queries, filing, and logging complaints, and investigating issues with partners to resolve complaints efficiently. Perform various office support tasks such as sending out samples, organising travel and meetings for UK employees, and managing post and courier services. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in phone and email communications. Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work effectively in a small team environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks.
