My client a luxury cruise company are recruiting for a Partnerships and Integrated Campaign Manager to join their successful team. This role plays a crucial role in driving brand awareness, expanding market reach, and enhancing customer loyalty by developing and executing strategic partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns. A key aspect of this role will be the ability to execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, from inception to delivery, while working closely with Head of Marketing roles to ensure strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales.
Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial deals that align with the company's goals.
Build and nurture relationships with external partners and agencies to maximise the impact of co-marketing efforts.
Lead the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns-from ideation and planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.
Ensure that all stages of the campaign are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget, maintaining a focus on both creativity and performance.
Develop and manage marketing initiatives tied to TV shows or celebrity-driven projects to drive brand awareness and sales.
Execute strategies that capitalise on these collaborations through co-branded campaigns, digital marketing, and events.
